I have been attending pelvic floor physio sessions with Arzoo. She has been so professional and helpful during my recovery process and to be able to return to do high impact exercises again after my pregnancy. 100% I recommend seeing her if you need it!

I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this clinic halfway through my pregnancy! The practitioners are professional, staff are kind, facilities clean and the services offered both in person and online are all top tier. Arzoo has been an angel, helping me since 28 weeks with pelvic floor therapy and orthopedic physio for my plantar fasciitis. I truly cannot sing their praises enough!
