Family Wellness

One clinical philosophy, applied across every life stage and both sexes — women, men, and children, under one roof.

This clinic provides whole-household pelvic health and physiotherapy care for women, men, and children within a single practice. Rather than treating one type of patient in isolation, the team applies a consistent clinical approach across life stages and coordinates care for members of the same family who are seen here.

A Whole-Family Model of Care

Households often present with more than one kind of need at the same time — a parent recovering after birth, a partner managing pelvic pain, or a child working on developmental goals. This whole-family model brings those needs together under one roof, so that assessment and treatment follow shared clinical standards and communication between practitioners is possible when it is clinically relevant.

Pelvic Health for Women and Men

Pelvic health concerns affect both women and men. The clinic offers pelvic health physiotherapy for women and men, supporting women across fertility, pregnancy, the postpartum period, and menopause. For men, physiotherapy helps address concerns such as chronic pelvic pain, post-vasectomy discomfort, and rehabilitation after prostate surgery, including post-prostatectomy recovery and management of urinary and continence-related symptoms. Assessment and treatment are provided in a private setting, and care can be adapted to each person's comfort and goals.

Care for Children

Paediatric physiotherapy supports infants and children with movement, developmental, and continence-related concerns. This can include assessment of gross motor development, guidance for parents, and treatment for conditions such as bladder and bowel dysfunction where physiotherapy is indicated. Care is planned around the child's age and stage of development.

Coordinated, Multidisciplinary Care

Because care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team within one practice, related services — for example postpartum physiotherapy, paediatric care, and nutrition or acupuncture support — can be considered together as part of a coordinated plan. When more than one family member is seen here, relevant clinical information can be shared between practitioners with consent, which can reduce duplicated visits and support continuity of care.

Support at Each Stage

Depending on your household's needs, common starting points include:

  • Fertility — physiotherapy support before and during efforts to conceive.
  • Prenatal & postpartum — assessment and rehabilitation through pregnancy and recovery.
  • Paediatric — developmental and physiotherapy care from infancy through the school-age years.
  • Men's health — pelvic health physiotherapy, including post-surgical and chronic pain concerns.
  • Peri & menopause — support for pelvic health symptoms that can arise or return later in life.

Group classes and workshops — including prenatal preparation, parenting, and men's-health sessions — are also available for those who prefer an educational format before booking an individual appointment.

What Patients Say

I first went in at 23 weeks pregnant with debilitating SPD and I received the absolute best care. Arzoo is a gifted physiotherapist and an absolute magician when it came to relieving my pain and discomfort through attentive in-person treatments and targeted exercises that she instructed me to do at home. Once she helped me get the SPD/PGP under control, Arzoo began working to prepare me for labour and postpartum recovery with more pelvic floor physiotherapy. I have Arzoo to thank for my smooth and efficient delivery of my baby, without injury. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, her empathy and intuition, Arzoo the best physio I've ever worked with.

I highly recommend Arzoo for pelvic floor physiotherapy! She is truly great at what she does. I started seeing her for postpartum pelvic pain, and I could feel the difference with each session. Arzoo is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly friendly and supportive — which made me feel comfortable and motivated throughout my recovery. Her approach is thorough and tailored, and I'm so grateful for the progress I've made under her care. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers results, Arzoo is the one!
