I first went in at 23 weeks pregnant with debilitating SPD and I received the absolute best care. Arzoo is a gifted physiotherapist and an absolute magician when it came to relieving my pain and discomfort through attentive in-person treatments and targeted exercises that she instructed me to do at home. Once she helped me get the SPD/PGP under control, Arzoo began working to prepare me for labour and postpartum recovery with more pelvic floor physiotherapy. I have Arzoo to thank for my smooth and efficient delivery of my baby, without injury. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, her empathy and intuition, Arzoo the best physio I've ever worked with.
I was referred by my son's doctor to see a child physio when he was 2 months old. He was only turning his head one way and one side of his head was becoming flat. We are SO glad that we came to see Arzoo. At 4 months now our child is thriving and has a much better range of motion and head shape. Our son is always smiling when he is with her, like he knows she is there to help him. Highly recommend Arzoo!
